This pleasant 30 year old female presented for a breast augmentation and tummy tuck. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor gel implants along with abdominoplasty.
This pleasant female underwent bilateral breast reduction as well as a tummy tuck as part of a mommy makeover procedure. She also underwent adjunctive Coolsculpting.
This pleasant 65 year old female initially underwent pre pectoral silicone breast augmentation in 1973. She underwent revision by a outside physician in 2001 to try to address capsular contracture. She was diagnosed with an infiltrating ductal carcinoma of the right breast. She also presented with a recurrent symptomatic capsular contracture. After a thorough discussion, she underwent bilateral immediate first stage breast reconstruction with skin sparing Weiss pattern mastectomies and sub-pectoral placement of tissue expanders and Alloderm. After healing, she underwent second stage reconstruction with removal of her tissue expanders and placement of bilateral Mentor high profile gel prosthetics of 750 cc. She also underwent bilateral nipple reconstruction with CV flaps. Her post operative photograph is taken before her areolar tattoo. She now has much improved shape and has had sub-pectoral re-positioning of her implants along with treatment of her capsular contracture. She now has a symmetric, soft result.
This is a very pleasant 56 year old female who was diagnosed with a right infiltrating ductal carcinoma. She underwent right mastectomy and sentinel node biopsy. She also elected to have a left prophylactic mastectomy using a skin sparing approach. Her reconstruction was performed with bilateral immediate first stage reconstruction with tissue expanders and Alloderm. Her second stage involved removal of her tissue expanders and placement of gel implants. She underwent pocket modification at her second stage to control her infra-mammary fold and obtain better symmetry. She has not yet had right nipple reconstruction.

This pleasant female presented to me after having undergone left mastectomy. She underwent 2 stage left breast reconstruction with a tissue expander followed by implant. She also underwent left nipple reconstruction with a CV flap followed by areolar tattooing. She had a right breast lift (mastopexy) for symmetry.
This pleasant young female presented with genetic markers concerning for future development of breast cancer. She elected to undergo bilateral mastectomies along with immediate reconstruction. She had bilateral skin and nipple sparing mastectomies, followed by immediate 2 stage tissue expansion reconstruction. She wanted to be a bit larger than her pre operative size.
This patient presented after having had a skin sparing mastectomy on the left breast for breast cancer. Her goals were for better truncal contouring along with breast symmetry. She underwent left breast reconstruction with a 2 stage implant reconstruction as well as a tummy tuck and right breast reduction.
