This pleasant female presented after having undergone bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer. She underwent two stage breast reconstruction. Her first stage incorporated tissue expansion to recruit skin. Her second stage involved removal of her tissue expanders with placement of Mentor gel implants. She underwent bilateral nipple reconstruction with CV flaps, followed by areolar tattooing.
