This pleasant female presented after having undergone bilateral mastectomy. She elected to undergo reconstruction utilizing a two stage technique. Her first stage with tissue expansion of her chest wall to recruit skin. Her second stage involved removal of her tissue expanders and placement of Mentor gel implants. She also underwent areolar tattooing without actual nipple reconstruction.
