This pleasant 68 year old female presented for breast reduction surgery after having contemplated the procedure for many years. Her sister had undergone the procedure and been happy with the result. She stated that she was a DDD cup and ideally desired a C cup. She underwent bilateral breast reduction surgery. 929 grams of tissue was removed from the right breast. 622 grams of tissue was removed from the left breast.
