This patient had undergone mastectomy and staged reconstruction in the treatment of breast cancer by an outside surgeon.   She had issues with animation (breast shape change with muscle flexion), poor infra mammary fold definition, and concern regarding recalled Allergan implants.   She underwent implant exchange to Mentor smooth surfaced implants with pre pectoral conversion
