This pleasant 42 year old female had previously undergone bilateral mastopexy augmentation with another surgeon.  She wanted a revision to bring her tissues up and go with a smaller overall size/look.   She underwent bilateral revision mastopexy with implant exchange using Allergan cohesive 325 cc implants.
