This patient had a bilateral Weiss pattern skin sparing mastectomy in conjunction with a two stage reconstruction. The tissue expanders used were Tall Height Mentor CPX 4. The final implants used were 800 cc Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round in a High Profile.
