This very pleasant female patient presented with goals to address her breasts and abdomen. She was interested in a procedure that would help her a achieve a uplifted breast appearance as well as abdominal contouring. To address her breast asymmetry and ptosis, as well as abdominal musculofascial laxity with skin excess, she underwent a bilateral breast reduction and abdominoplasty with adjunctive liposuction.
