This pleasant 26 year old female lost roughly half of her body weight with diet and exercise. She wanted to address her arms first as a primary measure. Here procedure was a bilateral brachioplasty with concommitant liposuction (782 cc aspirated from L arm, 600 cc aspirated from R arm) This is a 2 month follow up photograph. It is typical for brachioplasty scars to take months/years to mature (i.e. lose their 'pink' coloring).

During the course of all of this, she had undergone multiple reconstructive efforts by various surgeons. She was left with a significant issue consisting of gross breast asymmetry, damaged radiated tissue, and contour irregularity. Her correction included autologous tissue reinforcement with a latissimus flap, followed by implant exchange and infra mammary fold correction.
