This 38 year old female underwent a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass procedure several years ago. Prior to the procedure, she weighed 325 lbs. Her pre operative weight was 198 lbs. She has had 2 children. Her primary goals were for better breast symmetry and a better abdominal contour. It was explained to her that additional surgery in the form of a breast augmentation would be recommended for upper pole fullness and shape. She underwent a Fleur-de-Lis abdominoplasty. She also underwent simultaneous right breast reduction and left breast mastopexy (lift). This is a 1 month follow up photograph.
