This pleasant 45 year old underwent breast reconstruction following mastectomy by an outside physician. She had complaint of persistent pain, more so on the left breast along with deformity. She was taken to surgery and had some previously placed foreign material removed from the left breast. Her capsule was partially removed and her implants exchanged. She is happy with her post operative result as all of her pain has resolved and she is much happier with the size and shape of her breasts.
