This pleasant female presented to me after having undergone a circumareolar mastopexy augmentation by another physician. She underwent a revisional procedure incorporating a bilateral revision mastopexy (breast lift) along with implant exchange. She is much happier with her overall shape and scarring.

This pleasant female presented with a desire to improve the appearance of her abdomen. She had significant skin excess, but almost all of it was in her lower abdomen. Because of this, she underwent a variation of a standard tummy tuck, called a floating umbilicus abdominoplasty. Rather than perform a standard abdominoplasty, which would have left her with a high scar, a floating umbilicus abdominoplasty was performed to provide her with a low scar, easily hidden in standard underwear.

This pleasant 45 year old underwent breast reconstruction following mastectomy by an outside physician. She had complaint of persistent pain, more so on the left breast along with deformity. She was taken to surgery and had some previously placed foreign material removed from the left breast. Her capsule was partially removed and her implants exchanged. She is happy with her post operative result as all of her pain has resolved and she is much happier with the size and shape of her breasts.
