This is a pleasant 38 year old female who had seen numerous physicians in regards to a possible breast reduction. She has had chronic issues with upper back and neck discomfort. She had a history of sarcoidosis as well as a smoking history. She underwent bilateral breast reduction surgery with removal of 576 grams of tissue from the right breast and 850 grams of tissue from the left breast. She quit smoking for the procedure and is happy with her overall result.
