This pleasant 42 year old female had done a fair amount of research about her procedure and ideally desired her outcome to be a D cup. She wanted saline implants. A simultaneous circumareolar mastopexy was recommended to allow for tightening of her skin envelope and correct a bit of sag. She underwent bilateral circumareolar mastopexy augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile saline implants of 425 cc. The implants were placed in the sub-pectoral position through a separate infra-mammary fold incision to avoid excess trauma to the breast tissue. She has healed her incisions nicely and both her circumareolar scar and infra-mammary fold scar are healing nicely.
