New photo case for Breast cancer reconstruction (2 stage implant)
49 year old female with metastatic right breast carcinoma
History of radiation to the right chest
2 stage tissue expander to implant reconstruction using bilateral skin and nipple sparing infra-mammary fold incisions.
Post op photo is 8 months post second stage reonstruction
Allergan Inspira gel implants 450 cc on each side.

This pleasant female presented with severe loss of volume after childbearing and weight loss. She did not want gel implants and selected saline implants. She underwent bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) and augmentation with saline implants. Her implants were placed in the sub-pectoral position (under the muscle). Her post operative photograph is taken prior to scar maturation (i.e. her scars are still pink)
This is a very pleasant 29 year old female who presented for breast surgery. She has had one child and lost volume since her pregnancy. Her desire was for more youthful, uplifted breasts. She underwent bilateral mastopexy augmentation with 325 cc smooth round moderate profile Mentor saline implants. This was done with an anchor type incision. She is happy with her overall shape and size.
This is a pleasant 51 year old female who desires upper pole fullness, in conjunction with a better ability to fit into bras. She also did not like her subaxillary fullness. Her ideal cup size is a C. A circumareolar mastopexy (breast lift) along with augmentation was recommended. She underwent bilateral submuscular silicone breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus gel implants of 475 cc with circumareolar mastopexy and subaxillary liposuction.
