This is a pleasant 45 year old female that had undergone prior breast reduction surgery as well as bariatric surgery (gastric sleeve) by outside physicians.  She had lost at least 50 lbs and was seeking better form for her breasts and abdomen.   She underwent bilateral revision mastopexy augmentation (lift and augmentation) and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with good results.  Because of her native breast asymmetry, a 215 cc Mentor gel implant was used on the right breast.  A 340 cc Mentor gel implant was used on the left breast.
