This pleasant 23 year old female presented for breast reconstruction, as she was planning on bilateral prophylactic mastectomies due to genetic predisposition to breast carcinoma. She underwent bilateral immediate two stage breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and Alloderm. She is happy with her size and doing well.
