This pleasant female had previously undergone breast reconstruction using implants and latissimus flaps bilaterally at an outside facility.  Multiple prior surgeons had performed surgery on her.   She presented complaining of abnormal breast shape following reconstruction.  She underwent a revision procedure to correct her synmastia along with nipple reconstruction.
