This pleasant female underwent bilateral mastectomy for infiltrating ductal carcinoma. She had an infra mammary incision with a nipple sparing procedure. Her reconstruction was done in two stages, using a tissue expander along with Alloderm, followed by second stage reconstruction utilizing Mentor high profile implants.
